Raceway will make the cops loose sight once you pick up enough speed. Water is AI worst enemy. If you pit the cops near bodies of water, they die if they fall in (or at very least, they loose health) In suburb areas, pit the cops to a house. In S-paths, a circuit/race tuned car will loose them easily.
