CFmoto is becoming a good brand, I ride a 650GT and had zero issues.. 450SR (SS) is a new bike to the market so all the problems may not be known or fixed as yet. Do your research. But you should be satisfied what you get for the $$ you'll spend, If your saving on bike have a look an Australian made helmet called Forcite MKS1.
Buying CFMOTO ATV off aliexpress. So I'm from Serbia and a really popular brand is CFMOTO for ATVs every man and his dog has one, but buying them from the market here can be upwards of 6000e (my car is worth ~4000e which is slightly above average price for a car in Serbia) but I'm a student and I wouldn't like to spend that much money, however
